“Be still and know that I am God.” (Psalm 46:10)
God likes to speak in the silence of the heart. In meditation, quietly being in the presence of God and reflecting on the words of Sacred Scripture or the revelations of God, God makes known his desires for mankind. The workings of the Holy Spirit arouse the soul of man and prompt him to conversion of life and the practice of heroic virtues. Therefore, we are challenged to undergo daily conversion, to live in fraternal charity, and to hand onto other the fruits of our contemplation.
